Program Description

At 1HUNDRED Fitness, we know motherhood is strong — and your fitness should support the season you’re in. Milk & Muscles is our mommy-and-me fitness program designed for moms who want to rebuild strength, move with confidence, and connect with other women while bringing their little ones along for the ride.


Whether you’re newly postpartum, easing back into training, or simply looking for a supportive space to move with your baby nearby, this class is built to help you feel strong, capable, and encouraged.

  • Mom-Friendly Training: Our coaches lead safe, scalable workouts designed to meet you where you are — with thoughtful modifications for postpartum bodies and all fitness levels.
  • Baby-Friendly Environment: Bring your baby with you. Little ones can hang out on a mat, in a stroller, or nearby while you train in a welcoming, low-pressure setting.
  • Strength & Confidence: We focus on functional movements that help you build real-world strength, improve mobility, and feel more like yourself again.
  • Supportive Community: Train alongside other moms who understand the season you’re in. This is more than a workout — it’s connection, encouragement, and community.



From squats and carries to core work and conditioning, Milk & Muscles helps moms build strength for life inside and outside the gym — one rep, one baby snuggle, and one workout at a time.
