Program Description
At 1HUNDRED Fitness, we're proud to operate Gainesville's longest-running homeschool fitness program. Built specifically for the homeschool community, our program meets kids where they are and grows with them — from their first jump rope to their first back squat — through three age-specific tracks designed around how young athletes actually develop.
- Ages 5–9: Our youngest athletes are all about building a lifelong love of movement. In this class, kids develop foundational fitness mechanics, coordination, and body awareness through games, guided play, and age-appropriate strength work. The goal isn't just building stronger kids — it's building kids who genuinely enjoy showing up and moving their bodies.
- Ages 10–14: As kids grow, so does their capacity to train with more structure. This age group introduces beginning weightlifting fundamentals alongside the physical skills — speed, agility, coordination, and strength — that set athletes up to excel in whatever sport they play. This is where technique and confidence really start to compound.
- Ages 15–18: This age group covers the full spectrum of fitness and physical performance. Athletes train strength, conditioning, mobility, and sport-specific performance at a more advanced level, preparing them not just for competition, but for a lifetime of strength and health.
Whether your child is just discovering what their body can do or training to compete, our Homeschool Fitness program gives them a place to grow stronger, make friends, and fall in love with fitness — for the long run.
